How to Measure

CHEST

Run the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, tight up under your armpits and over the shoulder blades. Let your arms hang down in a relaxed, natural pose

SLEEVES

Start with the end of the tape measure on the backbone at the nape or your neck. The measure should then run over the top of the shoulder
